New beginning…

I know everyone has welcomed new year quite unusually this time. We have been spending most part of the bygone year at home. We have tried to do things we have never done before. We have seen things we never imagined to see. The world has witnessed numerous events but no one exactly remembers any one of them properly. For instance, consider me, many days I have woken up peacefully, been through a roller coaster ride of troubling emotions and ended my day in a strange kind of satisfaction.

The year 2020 has been a strange blessing to me personally. I have been subjected to a deep mental and spiritual maturity. I think God kind of gave me a huge break to evaluate myself and find ways to help myself grow. Now, if not for 2020 I wouldn’t have cared about creating a blog, or concentrated on working out daily and think about a more healthier lifestyle, I wouldn’t have learnt to appreciate different kind of music and I must say this year has brought me too close to music (so much so that now I can hear myself sing lol😁)

The year has most importantly taught me to stop finding logic in the series of events that happen in life. I can truly admit that life has been much better ever since I did that. Because we all have seen people doing and acting the exact opposite of what they used to be. This proves that we humans are just puppets in God’s hands. Our volition sometimes has nothing to do with our deeds, it’s all just God’s will. I have learnt to let go of all my anxiety, my procrastination, my negative thoughts and have regained the same fearless attitude that I once possessed as a kid.

Now, I don’t worry of anything or anyone until the moment of confrontation arrives and when it finally does I act how I am supposed to and leave the consequences to fate. I can say it was an accidental opportunity that God gave us all — to be humans again. To love each other more dearly, to care for one another more closely, to regain our human instincts and act wisely.

I thank God for always empowering me with goodwill and guiding me throughout. Even now as I continue to live in a new calendar year all I wish for is a peaceful, joyful and satisfactory life for everybody and God’s grace to be upon us.

Thanks for reading…
